Debt resolution outcomes vary significantly based on individual financial circumstances, creditor policies, and market conditions. Any estimates of savings, program length, or monthly payments presented on this website or during consultations are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

4. Credit Impact Disclosure

Certain debt resolution options, including debt settlement programs, may negatively affect your credit score. We will discuss all potential impacts with you during your free consultation. The soft credit pull performed during pre-qualification does not affect your credit score. Any hard inquiries related to loan applications may affect your credit score.
